The main goal of the core subjects in the Strengthened Senior High School (SSHS) Program of the Department of Education (DepEd) is to equip all Senior High School learners with a solid foundation of 21st-century skills, fundamental knowledge, and essential values that will prepare them for higher education, employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
