A Supplementary Mathematics Intervention Resource Series Integrating Mathematical Language, Literacy, Reasoning, and Problem-Solving

The Numeracy Learning Ladder, hereinafter referred to as the NLL Program, is a diagnostic-based, developmentally sequenced, and competency-referenced mathematics intervention resource series for learners across the key stages who have been identified as needing remediation, intervention, reinforcement, and, where appropriate, enhancement in mathematics. The program develops not only learners’ ability to perform mathematical procedures but also their capacity to read, interpret, represent, explain, and apply mathematical ideas.
